How to read it: a list leans long or short on each market. Moves are measured in the list's direction from the last hourly close at publication: a long that rose and a short that fell both count as positive. Now is the move to the latest close. Best is the largest move in the list's direction at any hourly close since publication, even if it later reversed; it shows what was available, not what any trade made. Currencies are measured against an equal basket of eight major currencies. This page is updated once a week; a new list gets its first figures with the following update.
